Our focus

Built around midlife women’s health.

Perimenopause often begins years before anyone names it, and most people are told it is stress. Prime Prescribers is led by a board-certified OB/GYN who is also a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner — the condition she trained in is the one you are living with.

No waiting room, no referral, no driving anywhere. Care from the privacy of your own home.

Tell us about you

Complete the new-patient questionnaire in our secure portal. Dr. Khoudary reads it before you meet.

Your initial visit

A full virtual evaluation. She explains what she wants to test and why, and orders it.

Ongoing care

Membership covers follow-ups, messaging and plan adjustments as your results come back.

Evidence first

We will tell you when the evidence isn’t there.

Peptides, hormones and compounded medications are marketed hard and studied unevenly. Some are FDA-approved with real trial data behind them. Many are not approved for the uses they are sold for.

Dr. Khoudary will tell you which category anything she recommends falls into, what is known, what is not, and when she thinks a popular treatment is the wrong answer for you. Nothing is prescribed because it was requested.

Tested before treated Told when data is thin Licensed compounding pharmacies Reviewed against your results
  • Testing comes first

Bloodwork, hormone panels and imaging where warranted — before a prescription, not after.

  • Honest about the limits

Where a treatment is off-label, compounded, or thinly studied, you will be told plainly.

  • Declined when it isn’t right

If a therapy isn’t appropriate for you, she will say so and explain what she would do instead.

Patient experiences

In their words.

“I had been dealing with hot flashes, poor sleep, and changes in my energy for months and felt like I was getting the same answers everywhere I went. Dr. Khoudary really listened, explained my options clearly, and created a plan that felt specific to me. For the first time, I felt like someone was looking at the whole picture.”
— Jennifer M., New Jersey
“I was surprised by how personal a virtual appointment could feel. Dr. Khoudary took her time reviewing my history and labs, answered every question I had, and never made the visit feel rushed. Being able to receive this level of care from home has made the entire process so much easier.”
— Lauren R., Florida
“What stood out to me was that Dr. Khoudary didn’t immediately try to prescribe something. She explained what she thought was worth considering, what the evidence actually showed, and what she didn’t think I needed. I left the appointment feeling informed, comfortable with the plan, and confident that the recommendations were genuinely based on what was best for me.”
— Michelle T., New Jersey
